I go to school in the blessed mountains of North Carolina at Warren Wilson currently, majoring in psychology and minoring in spanish and art. My main interest is held in the field of transpersonal psychology. I’m graduating in May and quite ready for some time to play. To have recess in celebrating the microcosoms of life that I have enjoyed since childhood. Simple pleasures… like moss on a tree.

I practice zazen to no longer living for my self, but rather Spirit, in helping aide the evolution and realization of our species in hopes that there is truly an end to suffering in union. Whew, lots of zingers in that sentence, really, I am just working on being human and opening myself to that in a full way. I am vastly interested in integral theory, spiral dynamics, communion, intentional communities, and the use of somatic practices in psychotherapy.
